Our company is co-founded by two individuals united by a singular mission to connect people with the ocean.

Jack Akrop is the ultimate waterman. A dedicated California State Lifeguard and elite Big Wave Surfer (featured in HBO's 100 Foot Wave), Jack embodies the passion, skill, and respect required to master the sea. He brings this expertise to the community through his training and educational programs, fostering ocean competency in the next generation of surfers and authentic watermen.

The vision is balanced by the foundation of sustainable innovation from Anthony Lacenere. A Johns Hopkins graduate and experienced CEO and former Environmental Commissioner for the City of Capitola,CA, Anthony ensures our gear and operations meet the highest standards of quality and environmental responsibility.
